@missveronicatv Hi, thank you for your effort. I have tried inserting the code into my child theme functions.php but it is not working.

It keeps redirecting every page to myloginurl.com/?redirect_to=Login and the browser ends up showing ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS.

After I saw his post, I tried with other pdf files and it is working. So I think it might not be your plugin problem.

I just realised only that particular pdf file couldn’t be uploaded and other pdf files are working fine. It is weird.

Hi, did you try in the comment section? I tried to upload the files when writing a comment.

Do you have a list of plugins that causes conflict? My site is having Learndash and Buddy boss platform
