In reply to: [Wordpress Webinar Plugin - WebinarPress] Database Migration@webtecky I have consulted our development team regarding your inquiry. I was told that you must be referring to the DB upgrade feature. They currently run in “init”. If this is what you are referring to, they can change it to “admin_init”. These changes will be part of our next version update.

In reply to: [Wordpress Webinar Plugin - WebinarPress] Database MigrationHi there,
Thanks for reaching out.
I am not sure if you are inquiring about the right plugin but WebinarPress does not have a “Database Migration” feature. Can you please clarify which functionality are you referring to?

In reply to: [Wordpress Webinar Plugin - WebinarPress] Moderated Q&AHi there,
Thanks for reaching out.
WebinarPress current build does not have this kind of functionality. It is something we are considering to add in the future but we are unable to provide any timescale for when it will be implemented.

In reply to: [Wordpress Webinar Plugin - WebinarPress] Server trafficThanks for your reaching out.
Youtube will handle the streaming load but each connected attendee adds a small load to your server to handle the real-time chat feature as well as normal webinar updates. All servers are different so we can’t say for sure how many attendees your server could handle. The Pro version uses a feature called WebinarPress Connect which moves most of the processing to our servers so your website can handle a lot more attendees. With this setup, we have users running websites with 200-300 attendees online at once but that will vary depending on your own hosting and also if you have a lot of plugins on your site that might slow things down. You can learn more about WebinarPress Connect here:

In reply to: [Wordpress Webinar Plugin - WebinarPress] WebinarPress Prerecorded Video listHi there,
Thanks for reaching out.
I apologize but I am not sure what you mean by “prerecorded video list functionality”. The video functionality actually depends on the platform that you will be using to host your videos. e.g youtube, vimeo etc.
There are some extra features available in webinarpress that will allow you to broadcast prerecorded video as if it is streaming live. This is called “simulate webinar content”. Simulate content is where the video start time is based on the actual webinar time, not when the user loads the page. So for example, if the webinar starts at 10.00 and the attendee joins at 10.10 the video will skip to 10 mins and immediately start at 10.10.
We do have a demo site available where you can test WebinarPress for you to see all its functionalities and try it out.

In reply to: [Wordpress Webinar Plugin - WebinarPress] AWS S3 Video Storage Support?I answered your questions below.
1. Does Webinar send a feedback form to students/customers after webinar completion? If not, does your plugin provide hooks to customize it?
WebinarPress does not send a feedback form. Though we have a Poll function that you can implement within the webinar room.
There is an action available that gets triggered when an attendee attends the webinar.
wpws_attendee_attended2. Suppose if we go with Zoom integration, can we set up recorded videos within Zoom Webinar? Also, would that video be resourced through AWS S3?
Zoom is designed for live events so it does not have a feature that will allow you to broadcast prerecorded video.3. Also would like to know if your plugin provides support for scoring or points based on attended webinars.
I’m afraid WebinarPress does not have that kind of functionality.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Wordpress Webinar Plugin - WebinarPress] AWS S3 Video Storage Support?Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out.
Yes, you can store your pre-recorded videos in AWS and use the video URL in webinarpress as your webinar source. Webinar confirmation emails contain a unique webinar URL that will allow attendees to automatically logged in to the webinar.
We do have a demo site available where you can test webinarpress functionality. It will help you better understand how it works.

In reply to: [Wordpress Webinar Plugin - WebinarPress] Use my own landing pages?Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out.
WebinarPress PRO version has a feature called Registration widget which will allow you to embed the registration form to any page or post using a shortcode. It can also be configured to be opened on a modal or popup window. See the articles below for more info.

In reply to: [Iptanus File Upload] Download button not workingIt sounds that you do not have any idea how to resolve this issue. And your response time is very slow. its been more than 2 weeks and I’m still no where near any solution. I know that I am using a free version of your plugin right now but having a crappy support from you guys will never convince me to get a paid version of your plugin.

In reply to: [Iptanus File Upload] Download button not workingNo, I’ve already tried to disable all the plugins and isolate your plugin (WP Upload) and problem still persists so that tells me that the issue in not within my installation.
We are using cloudflare yes. Can you be specific on what settings could be blocking it?
