In reply to: [WooCommerce Weight Based Shipping] Free shipping rule works randomly or notHI Dan!
Apologies for the late reply, i got surgery on my wrist so wasnt able to type!
I think I figured out what is going wrong: The rules are set to: everything equal to a price of €50,- or higher needs to be free shipping. But in the front end, the calculator only gives free shipping if prices are higher than €60,- (which has been an original setting way way back, and we changed it to €50,- later on). So it looks like the setting of €50,- is not being saved or something?Any ideas? If you want to reproduce it, just go to hondenenkattenzooi.nl and add products to the cart and act as if you live in the Netherlands with zipcode 1625 for example. Product free shipping starts at €60,- instead of €50,- (which is how it is in the rules in the back end).
Let me know if you need anything else!
Cheers!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Woocommerce not detecting language of Shop Page with qtranslateNope i’m affraid not..still waiting for a response on a lot of forums. I do think it has something to do with woocommerce calling page urls in a different way then wordpress, but i dont know exactly how or where to check that out.
So if you do find the solution please let me know.Hi Brandon,
i have done what you said and i’ve send all the information in the description box.
Thank you so much in advance for all your time that you are taking to help me!hope you can find what you are looking for so we can figure this out:)
cheers
hi there,
i tried it again, first i got a bad gateway than i pressed return, and got back to the authorization page again and pressed authorize again, it went back to my website without bad gateway and said the page is connected, but i just set the vissibility again and it’s still not working…:(
on this page for example:
https://www.droomvakantiehuisje.nl/events/There should be a widget called “evenementen” but there is only the page/search button what i can see, nothing else:(
oeps sorry missunderstood ya again.
my website is: https://www.droomvakantiehuisje.nl
and the url that gives the bad gateway is:
I get the error when i try to reconnect jetpack to www.remarpro.com for authorization.
So when i pressed the button: authorize i got the bad gateway.
Does that make sence? I think its because i was connected to jetback before but because i deactivated it, the plugin wanted me to do it again and is confused or something?Oke, i think it has something to do with a bad gateway.
Because jetpack used to work with the theme untill the update.
My theme developer once told me to deactivate jetpack, when i tried to activate it again, i was asked to connect jetpack with www.remarpro.com again.
When i did connect them again, i got a “502 Bad Gateway The server returned an invalid or incomplete response.”. ( i just tried it again: deactivating, activating, connecting with authorization and then the bad gateway message.)That is the only thing i can think of what i did different than normal and than you described above. Because i know how the vissibility settings work because i use it on three other websites as well.
Hope this gives some information?
cheers
Thank you so much, hope it will work!
Could you let me know when you have heard something from him?cheers for making contact with him!:)
Hi Brandon,
I told my theme developer:
If you maybe can’t find the error, maybe you can get in contact with the plugin developer Brandon, who has offered you his help?and his response was:
Regarding JetPack, if the plugin author wants to contact me and provide details how to integrate their plugin they can contact me at [email protected] and I’ll be happy to provide support for it.I don’t why he can’t contact you, but could you maybe contact him instead?
cheers
Hi thanks again for your quick response.
I will copy your message to him and ask him if he would be open to work with you on this case.Really hope he will, because i love your plugin and would hate it if i have to delete it:(
Thanks again for all your help.
Hi Brandon,
Sorry for the second message already, i decided to try it right away.
I dissabled the plugins, that made no difference, i activated Twenty fourteen, and the widget visibility seems to work again…So that must mean unfortunately for me, that it’s a theme issue…
I don’t think i will get help from my developer, so i am hopinggg that even though it is a theme issue you might have any other ideas??:(
cheers
Hi Brandon,
yeah i’m sorry forgot to tell you, the admin bar is just a project of the screenshot, it’s is just normal on top.
With the parent theme, the jetpack widgets don’t even work anymore, they just be deleted even out of my widget admin, if i insert them there again so they Are in the sidebar/footer and try the visibility or other settings, they still don’t show on the website, but do stay in the widget admin, so that is why i think it is maybe a theme error. I still haven’t heard from my theme developer…so don’t have any news on that.
I will try the plugins/default theme to test the plugin and let you know what happens
