Thanks for letting us know, however that didn’t help my issue. We fixed it though, not sure if this will help or apply to everyone but:

    – We have recaptcha set up to work with the Lost Password page, and it was disabled, that’s what was causing our loop.

I hope that helps someone ??

Thank you for this information, when I scrolled down to the bottom in the Emails section, the sending email said “[email protected]” — So I updated that field to the primary email address we send from (“[email protected]”). After saving the update, clearing website cache, browser cache, the issue still persists for me.

What happens is a very strange loop: I click “Reset Password” [URL: mydomain.net/my-account/lost-password/] >> Redirected to main log in page [URL mydomain.net/wp-login.php] >> When I click “Lost Your Password?”, I’m redirected back to the My-Account Lost Password page [URL: mydomain/my-account/lost-password/]

This is seriously maddenly. Thank you to everyone who has suggestions. I remember fixing this at one point a few years ago, but I believe tinkering with PHP scripts was what fixed it, and of course I can’t remember where and what templates were even used.

Looking forward to updates on this. As a complete online store program, this should be fixable from the Dashboard area, no one should have to dive into scripts.

Having this issue as well. And thanks for the suggestion, Steve, I was hoping this was all that was required, after updating WooCommerce. Sadly, the “Lost Password” email button is enabled. Not sure what’s going on there.
If anyone has any other suggestions, please let us know. I’m also interested in knowing how to get this fixed. Thanks!

    Epic Update!

Though we’re not using Seriously Simple Podcasting, its add-on plugin “Seriously Simple Stats” WILL work as a stand-alone for podcast feed stats; only it displays your top feed subscribers, and feed reader subscribers, but it DOES work on its own with a FeedBurner setup podcast feed!

Sorry for the later reply, and thanks, JHopkins, for your response. It seems Fat Cow is cool with updating the hosting cache, and that worked! Thanks for your help with this!

On a more bizarre note, when I spoke with [my host], HostGator on the matter, they said they don’t update the host cache. Just an FYI if anyone’s interested in knowing.

Thanks for your reply, Esmi. I’ll be honest, I’m not sure how to go about saving the files in UNIX format; I’m lost when it comes to the terms, I’ve just been editing the WordPress files as they’ve been packaged as themes. When I check the Line Endings in Sublime, the files do say: [Sublime >> View >> Line Endings >>] UNIX. Is that what I want to be checking for? Thanks!

Fixed myself — URL HAS to include “https://” or it loads as “yourdomain.com/logodomain.com.” This is not something that all users would understand; if it’s an area for URL, might want to look into making that easier to handle a “www”.

    Thanks for your reply, Mike.

    Site Link

The weird link now appears to only be viewing for me in Safari, and on my mobile Android phone. It’s no longer showing in Chrome or Firefox.

    Thanks,
