You have to use WP reset plugin, reset the site and import template again, if it is possible for you. Don’t forget to backup your site if you already have anything important there.

I’ve followed the same steps and nothing changed, template and posts layout after activating our plugin is the same as before activating it, there was not anything different in any page of astras creative blog.

Can you provide some additional details, like what changes have you made after activating our plugin and what other plugins do you use ?

As I see you are using jetpacks lazy-loading feature with our grid, turn off lazy-loading and try if it works, it doesn’t seem to be an issue caused by our post grid widget.

1. It is not possible for our grids slider, number of slides to scroll works if it isn’t more than number of carousel columns.

2. As for the second issue I would reccommend to turn off ‘Link to single page’ option from the elementor panel in content>Media Overlay Section.

Actually there is an error in the section before testimonial causing the above mentioned issue. There are some changes in particles extension, can you provide screenshot for your particles option from section settings Style>Particles-Royal Addons ?

Can you send us screenshot and url of animation ? We will check the same case and tell you how to configure so that it starts as soon as it appears and stops after it is scrolled out of the viewport.
Generally animation starts if the distance between bottom of the animation container and the top of the visible part is equal to or more than size in percentage set by the first slide (bottom) and ends if top of the animation container and the bottom of the visible part is equal to or less than size in percentage set by the second slide (top), in the case when you choose scroll as trigger for animation it must be regulated with animation speed along with the viewport slider to determine starting and ending points, but it depends on position of animation between other elements, that’s why we want you to provide screenshot for the page and url of the animation (if possible) to help further.
As for canvas rendering, it comes from js library which is giving the different size to canvas animation to prevent distorting the quality but it can be regulated from the size control of the Settings tab.

Unfortunately we don’t have animations for horizontal timeline, only way you can animate the bottom line carousel is to turn on show on hover option from Content Section, this will hide all the items and they will appear whenever you hover on items container.

Can you provide some additional information, for example do you use free version of the plugin or pro ? do you have activated widescreen breakpoints or do you apply desktop breakpoint sizes for screens bigger than 1920 ? in your case only way to make columns 7 is to set desktop columns on 6, so it is strange

Maybe you want current logged in user to appear in author options so that you can select it from there, I have given you the code which makes post grid to show only the posts from admin and the current logged in user by default

Can you provide some additional information please ? for example, what features, widgets or extensions of royal elementor addons do you use on that page other than post grid ? or can you show us if there are errors in console while you are trying to edit, or are there some other plugins activated so that we can recreate the same case ?
