I finally managed to solve the problem by using the Freesoul Deactivate Plugins plugin, which allowed me to deactivate GD and the others on the problematic page.

At the same time it allowed me to deactivate everywhere I didn’t need to, which is good for website performance. Sorry for the inconvenience!

I’m using Astra but no problem with the frontend.

In backoffice this is the plugin index page :

So first you have to “had a New Map”, validate, back to index https://www.website.fr/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wp_openstreetmaps_pro and then click on map icon to go to page like :
https://www.websitel.fr/wp-admin/admin.php?page=wp_openstreetmaps_pro&task=manage&id=3&_wpnonce=10c4edfd36


Must be admin.php?page=wp_openstreetmaps for free version

The problem is on this page which is the administration and map creation + markers management page. And this page cannot work with GD+usersWp+Ayecode (can work even if ayecode activated)

I tried to deactivate plugins when on this page with functions but nothing work as I don’t know hooks or handle names and as I’m not a developper, just trying with the help of chatgpt.

The probleme is that GD is active on every admin page.

Maybe to solve this problem, the GD+usersWp plugins should not be activated on the page admin.php?page=wp_openstreetmaps

PS : I’m under GD free version cause developping but be sure that I’ll buy the full pack in few days.

wow sorry it was a cache problem :\

Ok It look like to work now ! I changed admin email ! The conflict came from the fact that the listing was register by the admin. Thank you for your help.

I have tried all your advice carefully, but it doesn’t work (but maybe I found …)

1 – I tried (again and again) with many browsers, connected or not, with many e-mail adresses.

2 – Only Plugin is Contact Form 7 . I tried uninstall and did it also for all suspected plugins … doesn’t work

3 – Not in SPAM Folder. So I installez Log Emails and I can saw that email were sent correctly.

Which is strange is that I can receive e-mail notification (as an admin) from the plugin. But maybe the script don’t use the same method to contact listing owner.

So you said that WordPress’s built-in wp_mail() is used. Looking at the documentation, I can see that “For this function to work, the settings SMTP and smtp_port (default: 25) need to be set in your php.ini file” . If it’s only case for this form it can be an explanation !
So I’ve to try to see if ot’s well configure today. As soon as I will do it and try again, I let you know what happen.
