Well I solved it my self at last…
You can go to
/wp-content/plugins/nmedia-user-file-uploader
there you will see
upload-form.php file.. go to this file and find
<input type=”hidden” name=”file-name” id=”file-name”>
change type to file and get rid of swf upload.
