So I did what you had in your instructions,,,,,,,
Step 2: Creating a new form
2.1 On the left menu select Form Maker > Manager
2.2 In the upper left corner click on the “Add a form” button.
2.3 Form Title. Specify a title for the form (Try to use unique titles).
but I could never get pass the “ADD A FORM BUTTON”…
Just Don’t have time to ask a question and set and wait and hope I get a fix….
