Radarsofthouse has recently taken over the support and development of the Billwerk WooCommerce modules. We will investigate this question but need to first confirm if it is specifically about the the “WooCommerce Pre-order” extension at 179 USD annually, found here https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-pre-orders/ or if there is a free plugin that you need to work with the Pay module, such as this one for example:

Versions 1.7.7 released today solves issues related to auto-capture.

We have recently taken over the support and development tasks for the Billwerk WooCommerce plugins. There have been many bugs to fix in the first weeks of our work on the modules and we sincerely apologize for the change that has caused this one to emerge or to start affecting your usage. I am making it a priority to correct this particular issue about the captures.
