    1. Yes, all updated

    2. Looks like it’s on 5.5.3, maybe thats the issue. I’ll look into updating WP

    3. The January 22 version is rare because the title is correctly updated to reflect the right date, but the meta description is not. The description when sharing should show what it shows on the article “See the NBA Game Reviews from Friday, January 22nd, 2021 with entertaining highlights, key facts, valuable takeaways, and more!” but instead it keeps the template version that was cloned and since updated, but not reflected “See the NBA Game Reviews from _day, January #th, 2021 with entertaining highlights, key facts, valuable takeaways, and more!”

    4. Yes we update the titles and meta descriptions with the correct date where the _ and # symbols are so its easy for our writers to identify where to update. An example can be viewed while answering #3

    5. I have no idea how that non-Yoast meta data got there or how to remove that if you have additional advice on how to accomplish that.

Really appreciate your help and looking forward to resolving this issue. As mentioned before, if we just go and change the permalink, it will then reflect the changes when trying to share the post on social, but hopefully we can find a resolution that doesn’t require that.

Thank you for the quick response! Yes, I believe they are defined as posts as that’s the only reason that would make sense, but the post shortcode for those highlights to appear in the Today in Sports is the exact same type of code for the headlines and facts that are also on the page, yet it only appears under the highlights, which is what can be confusing.

Can you elaborate please on how to place the icons via shortcode if that is the most logical solution?

Thank you for all your help!

No problem, it doesnt look like I can attach videos in this forum, so would you mind providing an email I can send it to?

    Thanks for your help!
