I confirmed that the catalog is syncing but still didn’t show the shop on the Facebook page and has region issue prompting. Some of the products are visible, some has caution icon.

Hello, we only used the free version of the plugin and I think it is set to default, right! When the testing email template there is an email received but on the actual scenario when guests/registered customers abandoned cart there’s no email reminder of both users, as well as the admin. We checked and there is “priyanka at tychesoftwares dot com” that exists (refer to this link https://prnt.sc/QWUXju8midKm) but still no email reminder sent from admin. For the time, it is set to 1hour (https://prnt.sc/HqPPE8QIzI_o). Thanks!

The HTML popup is not working

I see. When I read the documentation it makes us being skeptical, because it says “does not guarantee that the popup will appear” and we don’t want to add button in order the popup will show.
