In reply to: [Mailchimp for WooCommerce] Cookie Notice Opt Out@ryanhungate thanks for the update, look forward to hearing about progress soon. It would be great to implement this as it’s now the only third party service we’re using that I’m not able to offer a conditional opt in for as yet.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] WC 3.3.x – woocommerce_before_main_content no longer workingFor anyone interested… Solved it. It’s to do with the Underscores theme. From WC 3.3, you need to explicitly declare WC theme compatibility in order to override templates.

Hi
Thanks for replying and clarifying. Yes I’m able to complete an order using the WCFM dashboard.
As previously mentioned, the “Mark Shipped” action is fundamental to the workflow for my vendors, so good to hear it’s likely not a problem with my setup. Ideally I’d like to test the Ultimate version to confirm the feature works with my system as intended. Is there a way to test? Alternatively, would I be able to have an order refunded if I buy a licence and it doesn’t work?
Thanks
Robert
Ok thanks.
“you may allow your vendors to update Order Status using WCFM dashboard.”
This is the issue I’m having – for some reason I can’t update the order status when logged in as a vendor on the orders page (e.g. “/wcfm/wcfm-orders/”)
On your demo, clicking the truck icon called “Mark Shipped” allows you to enter tracking details and proceed. In my local test site, it’s just saying “undefined” when I replicate this action. Is this an error or functionality that requires the Ultimate version?
Thanks
Robert
Thanks for the response, appreciated.
Yes you’re correct; for now I wish to evaluate the free version to confirm the functionality will work on my site.
Can you confirm your plugin requires WCFM Ultimate in order for vendors to be able to confirm they’ve shipped the product through their WCFM admin console? Obviously that’s a fundamental part of the vendor workflow so would assume there’s some sort of underlying error going on, rather than it being a paid feature. This certainly makes sense for the PDF generation as you say.
Related, I notice clicking ‘mark shipped’ when it does work brings up a ‘add tracking’ modal. Is that mandatory or can optional?
FYI I tried to create a topic on your forum but it wouldn’t let me… (“ERROR: Your topic cannot be created at this time.”)
Thanks
Robert
