I allowed WPForms access to me site and they were able to replicate the issue. Here is their message:

We had a previous encounter with this error in a similar environment and our investigation pointed to Paid Memberships Pro – bbPress Add On. I believe that their development team is in a better position to take it from here. I hope this helps! Let me know if we can offer additional help.
