Hi, I had the same issue but I just found a resolution that worked for me. In the ‘role’ column make sure the text is in lowercase when importing. For example, when I had ‘Customer’ I received the same error. But when I changed to ‘customer’ in CSV file, the import was successful. Hope that helps. Thank you

Hola, tuve el mismo problema, pero acabo de encontrar una resolución que funcionó para mí. En la columna ‘rol’ asegúrese de que el texto esté en minúsculas al importar. Por ejemplo, cuando tuve ‘Customer’ recibí el mismo error. Pero cuando cambié a ‘customer’ en el archivo CSV, la importación fue exitosa. Espero que ayude. Gracias
