Ah, you were running a modified version of Cumulus. I’m afraid I didn’t remember that. I’m not sure what was modified, but chances are you’ll need to make the same changes to the new version as well. Any chance you can dig up the old forum thread? I’ve had to set up a new account since then, so I don’t have my posting history any more.
Off the top of my head I’s say you need to comment out the ‘mode’ parameter as well, because that’s used to detect whether you’re using inline content or the XML file.
The Flash movie was showing when I looked earlier, so I guess there’s a wp-cumulus folder somewhere? The flash sources folder does not need to be on your server.
