Don’t take the complainers seriously – keep doing what you are doing – and well done. I can think of dozens of other themes (including paid ones) which have given me far more heart ache. I really enjoy how understated and yet functional this theme is. Please keep supporting it. Actually I’m even motivated to flick you some coin as a thank you.

Three weeks later . . .

I have tried more emails and also their skype number but silence. Here are the contact details for anyone else trying the same exercise:

Why would anyone allow such damage to their reputation. It is so simple to handle. A short response like “sorry it isn’t working, we’re trying to fix it” would be a good start. It’s even simpler to deal with angry customers by processing a quick refund.

I have escalated the issue with Paypal since it appears “goods and services” are being sold which do not meet the advertised description and they are clearly not fit for purpose. Technically this is fraudulent commerce.

We are not talking about a huge sum of money but more than anything I am incensed by how rude this vendor is, especially for something like a customer service plugin. It’s a shame because the free version of the plugin has merit.
