In reply to: [TablePress - Tables in WordPress made easy] Sort Aarows goneThanks for quick response.
The tables show up as sortable on the website because I have deliberately avoided doing an update. But, internally, where you build the tables, the up/down arrows are gone. And if I do a preview of those tables to show what would happen, it shows me that they would be gone.
This is the link of of you are seeing: https://drive.google.com/file/d/11YbWf0ASI770T1o7gAgBMiSYSmdPGCAd/view?usp=sharing
This is a look at what I see internally. The arrows from the headers are missing from where they use to be: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1z3bwgXO0wSXDs6eOMkyKYbYitR0FGbBQ/view?usp=sharing
This is what the preview shows if I did an Update to the site. The arrows are missing from the headers:

Thank you for looking.Being fair and coming back here. Worked with them again and got my issue resolved. It was actually simple enough. I was frustrated by the support ticketing system. I’d still recommend they just communicate with us thru normal email once a ticket is opened rather than their very restrictive support ticketing system so that you can send snapshots of your issues.
However, more importantly, I got a resolution so I retract the above statement from 6 weeks ago.

Wow. Wish I had read your review before going to Pro. Running into the same issue. The “contact form” is terrible. The only feedback I got was to give me a set of instructions i was already following. I’m guessing they won’t honor my request for my $ back.
Time is $ and it’s time to move on. Learner’s mistakes.
