Problem solved by removing the plugin.
The latest version has solved this issue according to the plugin author.

I disabled the wp-statistics plugin.

Thanks, @kittsonvs, that started me in the right direction but did not solve the issue for me. Here is what I did to get the hamburger to show on mobile.

Under Header > Primary Navigation: Choose the mobile icon at the bottom right of the left column.

Move the trigger to the top or bottom row.
and or
Reduce the “Logo Max Width” for mobile.

Thanks for looking into it. I have moved on but may consider returning once it’s fully resolved.

Same issue here. Makes Beaver Builder unusable.
I like the plugin but it has to work with Beaver Builder.

Looks like you make an album and post that to the page of choice.

When I put an empty .htaccess file on the server in the root for blog directory and change it to 666 and make the change to address type as you have noted above I get:

and:’
Not Found
The requested document was not found on this server.

Re-uploading /wp-includes did the trick.

I just found this:
“So, here goes for everybody: Before upgrading check whether your server has the requirements for the new 2.1 version:

My host provides this:
php = PHP Version 4.3.11
mysql = Client API version 3.23.58

Looks like my PHP is OK but not my MySQL…

Same problem in IE.
I usually use Firefox but tried it in IE and in IE I got the following error message:
“Internet Explorer cannot open the Internet site https://my_domain_name.com/wp-admin/post-new.php operation aborted.”

Welllll…I guess not.
The images for the visual editor try to load, then they all go away and I just see the vertical lines that are the separators. And the spell check also does not work.

Clearing the cache did the trick.
