Yes! is that my issue??

Well, I played with it, changed the setting and again tried to set up a left sidebar. No changes. Had I seen the sidebar I’m still not sure how to add photos which is what I’m trying to do.

Thanks BD,.. yes I did try to add a widget and saw that didn’t work. All that has been removed.

A couple of times I saw a blank, gray sidebar but haven’t been able to figure out how to add photos, etc.

Okay, I got it! Discovered the “effect height” had to be about double what the “text height” is, I did 48 v 20 and it showed up fine. The help button said the text height should be the same as the effect height but it never worked that way… oh well, got it done!

I can only see 1/2 of my horizontal slider,.. horizontally, no matter how much spacing I put above or below the slider. I’ve tried different font sizes and that doesn’t help either. Does anyone know how to fix this??

I’m inserting the slider in between a title line on the page (not as the page name)and a video I inserted. Like I said, I’ve spaced like crazy, tried adding padding,.. nothing, zip zilch nada. Thanks

Thanks for that info! I was really looking for removing the borders on my single photos, such as the one on the Sermons page which I post from my Nextexcellent (NextGen)galleries. I will look at this as well,.. but its Friday night,.. O’beer thirty! ??

Well, I’ve spent the last 3 hours looking for a solution on how to remove the white borders on my singlepic photos. I’ve edited the theme style sheet,(2011 child)the plugin style sheet and used Custom css, editing border & padding to 0 px and still cannot remove the borders!

I’m using WP 4.4. The css example I gave above is but one I’ve tried in the forum. None I’ve copied do the job. This is my 1st website so I’m not up to speed on coding, and it takes a bit for me to figure out how to go where people suggest. Okay,.. I have most of the problem solved! Now all I have to figure out is the spacing between images & location or sizing of the main sidebar,..

I am having the same issue, lost my horizontal scroll! I deleted the plug-in, reinstalled and still get the logo on my page. I am thinking I lost my scroll following last week’s update… (?)

-Cais, sorry, I just noticed I posted this under “NetGEN” gallery. I’ve been using Nexcellent since it was introduced. Again, my issue: I “had” 5 thumbnails on my Main Sidebar, each 200px x 200px. I was able to change individual photos to keep things fresh; however, I am unable to do so now. The images I try to select will not show with the two options: random or recent added. I’ve tried both and keep getting whatever the plug-in want to put up! Am I missing something in the process?? Thanks again! apologies if I confused you, confuses my own self!

Sorry Chris,.. been busy with other stuff. I migrated over from NexGen as soon as you put up Nexcellent. I’ve been using only that, loading my images through NG Gallery. I’ve tried loading 5 single widgets but with the options mentioned above I can’t seem to get around what the plug-in wants to do. Thanks!!

I’m trying to add drop down arrows on my main menu items in WP 2011 theme. I’ve copied a couple of css codings from the WP forum, and nothing shows up on my menus. Can I do this in 2011 theme? Or am I not using the correct css? Thanks
