The “Theme Options” link is missing under “appearnce”… in both the child theme (CORA Child) and the Parent theme.

“cora-child” is what I named the child theme

The banner image was loaded through a plug-in, should that be done through Hueman??

Not sure what the stylesheet “embed player” is,I haven’t found that yet. Used debugging and didn’t find it anywhere.

I disabled the plugins, added one at a time. I did not see the sidebar videos until activating the Google for WordPress plugin.

So right now,.. I’m lost, but still looking. Thanks again!

Child theme now active…

No change deactivating the Social media plug-in. Noah was correct in that I did an update not using a “child” theme,.. so I’m going to attack that now

I’m using Wordfence security plugin, it has a caching function. Not understanding “I’ve checked site which link us”. We did have an older website which I’ve deleted from the search function.

I’ve gone to the site a couple of times now and it seems to come up fine,.. wondering if its an issue with the editing process…. but Thanks again…

well,.. riddle me this, after working on the site I’ll look at the home page and the sidebar won’t show. Then I shut down the internet go to the site and the sidebar shows, but when I log-in and edit, log out of the edit function they don’t show.

Also, I’ve checked site which link us and when I click on our URL I don’t see the sidebar. In all cases, if the sidebar doesn’t show the video appear at the bottom of the page… time for a cold beer…

well I’ll be damned,.. it is there, excellent! I removed the embedded video. Thanks,.. now to get to work, an EXCELLENT theme!!

Okay, some progress. The page is set to “static” and the id is 86. I added the YouTube play widget to the Primary sidebar; however, the link is showing at the BOTTOM of the page rather than on the side.

If you look at the page you’ll also see I embedded the video on the page itself, but our YouTube settings are 1080 so the link will be larger when embedding. I did remove the embed & update, but still remains the same.

No luck, cannot get a sidebar to show up at all. I’ve tried a couple different widgets, nothing, but again, I’m not seeing any sidebar at all…

Okay,.. I’ll ask AGAIN! How do I delete this off of my website?? I’ve removed the plug-in, I’ve gone to my .htaccess files on my server, Hostgator, and CANNOT find this dialogue.

Nope,.. sorry, I cannot get anything to change to show a sidebar. Please know I’m not an experienced coder, CSS or HTML so I’m learning on the fly. This is my 2nd website but 1st with a new theme. Perhaps I’m looking for more detailed “instruction” as in a manual,.. I’ll keep plugging but right now I’m still lost… Thanks
