I tried basically all of the stuff mentioned in the links, with exception of the deactivation of the theme plus backup because I am too afraid to kill of my website due my inexperience.
None of it worked. The change to GD Library caused my Website to crash completely though, might that be a hint? I just added the code at the end of the file. When I removed it, it worked again.
