Thanks for reporting bug . we are working on this and update available in next 24 hours . We already write creating a backup before deleting comments.

yes you are right date filter but you can delete all comments at one click thanks

When you add any new comments all count will be 0 so please submit one comment from admin then all count will be 0 thanks

So its not useless plugin its help so many developer and nondevloper to save so much time thanks
