Actually I just checked the API call count usage rate and it’s 0% for the past 7 days. So that can’t be it. Looks like there is no API requests (see screenshot below):
I’ve been having the same issue and have been emailing the plugin author since last week.
Share counts are inaccurate and fluctuate up and down. I use WP Fastest cache and purging cache or deactivating all plugins has not resolved the issue. I am waiting to hear from the plugin support who has not replied to my last 3 emails. I will follow your post and will create my own support thread hoping to find a solution.
Same here and using classic editor.

What do you mean when you say “not having enough visitor”? Is the plugin based on the amount of traffic the website gets. This website does not get a lot of traffic.

I updated Hueman Addons to 2.2.2 which I believe was supposed to fix this issue but I continue to see the same errors in my error log after the update:

Also, I opened a ticket with newsharecounts.com regarding their server error 502 and the count share are displaying properly now.
