    I understand that you would like to remove your business “Support” phone number from WooCommerce, is this correct?

    Could you please clarify which payment gateways/payment methods you are using on your site that result in displaying a support phone number in invoices, so that we can guide you more effectively?

    Also, please can you share a copy of your sites System status report so that we can have a better understanding of your sites current environment.

    You can find this via WooCommerce?→?Status. Select?Get system report?and then?Copy for support.

    I understand that you would like to submit a feature request to allow for custom columns to be added to WooCommerce Analytics, as well as directly linking to viewing the products either on the front end, or the Product edit page, is this correct?

    While I do not know of any plugin or custom code that can help you achieve either of these, it may be worthwhile doing a?Google search?to see if you can find anything that meets your requirements.

    Alternatively, for help with custom code, you could?hire a developer?or ask your customization questions in one of the channels below.

    Additionally, if you have any ideas that could improve the WooCommerce core plugin, feel free to submit an Enhancement request.

    I understand that the Order page and Single order page have a slow load when Jetpack is enabled, is this correct?

    I have Jetpack installed on 2 different websites and am also using the WooCommerce Shipping & Tax (which requires Jetpack to be installed)

    Please could you clarify if this issue is present on both sites or only one? Also, do you recall any recent changes/updates made to your site prior to noticing this issue?

    I am unable to replicate this on my test site which has both Jetpack and WooCommerce Shipping and Tax enabled, as my Order page and Single order page load as expected.

    Have you managed to temporarily deactivate all plugins except for Jetpack and WooCommerce to rule out plugin conflicts that may be causing this issue? If not, can you try this and see if you are able to find a potential culprit?

    I understand that the cart widget remains blank after adding an item to the cart, is this correct?

    I have gone to your site, and after adding a product to the cart, I see what you mean:

    Please could you clarify how you are adding the Side cart widget to your site, since this is not a built-in feature of WooCommerce core?

    If this is a feature of your current theme, you would need to reach out to the theme developers for further help with this.

    On the other hand, if this feature is being added by a third-party plugin, I’d suggest reaching out to the respective plugin developers for further help with this, since support related to third-party plugins/themes is outside our scope of support.

    Lastly, if you have purchased and are using one of the WooCommerce.com Marketplace extension to achieve this, such as the Cashier for WooCommerce extension, please contact us directly at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Support as no support for premium extensions is done here (as per the forum guidelines).

    I understand that users are not redirected to the Order received / Thank you page after successfully placing an order, is this correct?

    I was unable to reproduce this on my testing site, as I am redirected to the order received/thank you page after placing a test order.

    Can you navigate to?WooCommerce → Settings →?Advanced?and check that the?Checkout endpoint?settings are the same as what is seen below:

    If these are correct, then as a first step, please could you head over to Dashboard Settings Permalinks, and resave your existing settings, without making any changes to the settings.

    Should this make no difference, please can you share a copy of the following:

    • System Status Report: navigate to?WooCommerce?→?Status. Select?Get system report?and then?Copy for support.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under?WooCommerce?→?Status?→?Logs.

    Once you have these, please share them in your response here.

    WooCommerce is a highly customizable platform that allows users to extend its functionality through the use of plugins and/or custom code.

    While we do offer a wide range of features and options out of the box, we cannot possibly cater to every single use case or requirement.

    We appreciate your feedback and continuously work on improving the platform based on user feedback.

    If you believe this should be a core feature of WooCommerce, feel free to submit an Enhancement request ??

    As I understand, you are unable to get rid of the notice regarding Coupon Management being moved. Also the WooCommerce →?Home page is blank, is this correct?

    With regard to the blank page, can you try deactivating and then reactivating WooCommerce to see if this resolves the issue?

    Also, can you check if the suggestion provided in this forum thread helps resolve the issue regarding the Coupon Management notice that won’t disappear?

    If any of the above issues persist, please can you share the following:

    • System Status Report: navigate to?WooCommerce?→?Status. Select?Get system report?and then?Copy for support.
    • Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under?WooCommerce?→?Status?→?Logs.

    Thanks for clarifying!

    If you don’t want to test on your live site, then you can create a staging site using a plugin called?WP Staging.

    Also, one solution is to use a plugin that adds a captcha or other anti-spam measures. The reCaptcha for WooCommerce extension has a feature that adds a WooCommerce Product review captcha, feel free to check it out.

    I understand that you have duplicate text displayed on your site under the price of certain products, is this correct?

    Checking your site, I see what you mean:

    Checking further, it seems this is created using Elementor, yes?

    This may be the cause of the Elementor plugin or the Hello Elementor theme currently active on your site. Can you try temporarily switching your site to the default Storefront theme and disabling the Elementor plugin and see if this resolves the issue?

    If yes, I’d suggest reaching out in Elementors dedicated forum for further help with this, as support related to third-party plugins/themes is outside our scope of support.

    Also, if you do not want to test this on your live site, you can create a staging environment using a plugin called?WP Staging.

    I understand that you would like to display payment methods based on promo codes used, correct?

    After checking, the only partially similar solution I can find is using the Smart Coupons extension, however this restricts payment methods based on the coupon being used rather than having the payment methods hidden and only displaying these payment methods based on the coupon.

    Feel free to read more about this in our How to restrict coupons by payment methods support documentation.

    While I do not know of any plugin or custom code that can help you achieve exactly this, it may be worthwhile doing a?Google search?to see if you can find anything that meets your requirements.
