This is a little late to the game and really just a patch, but if anyone else runs across this, I fixed it by updating the version of jQuery UI for the “Date Picker” within the plugin.

In the file wp_jquery_timelinr.php around lines 528-530 change:

• https://code.jquery.com/ui/1.10.1/jquery-ui.js and
• https://code.jquery.com/ui/1.10.1/themes/base/jquery-ui.css

to version 1.12.1, so it would look something like https://code.jquery.com/ui/1.12.1/themes/base/jquery-ui.css
