I do not understand why this should be so difficult. Other providers also have the possibility to filter, like in the media library. Without search and filter it is almost impossible to select the desired pictures, especially since the preview size is extremely small and therefore the picture is hardly visible.

We now have Borlabs disabled and CookieBot enabled. So the problem no longer occurs. So it seems to be a bug from Borlabs, but they are not interested in fixing this bug.
