I did have 2.1.4 as I had just updated all plugins. However I have now uninstalled and reinstalled and everything seems to be working, thankfully. Obviously just a glitch in my site somewhere. Many thanks.

Sorry Cristian – story.html is part of a folder of files created by the Articulate e-learning program. Articulate produces a folder which contains all the javascript, images and files necessary to run an interactive learning module within a browser. Story.html is the equivalent of the index file if you like to start the module. I am trying to serve that using the download/serve ability of s2 Member.

I’ve used backupwordpress on several sites without a problem but now I too have the problem of it getting stuck in ‘creating zip archive’ mode. On this site it is also not showing the size of the site. It just says ‘calculating size…’ (and it’s not a particularly big site by any means.

I tried deactivating and reactivating the plugin. I’ve tried it on Firefox and Safari but no difference.

When I look at the wp-content folder there is a sql file of probably about the right size, a .htaccess and .backup_running.

The plugin is version 1.6.8

Hi – thank you so much for that. I’m afraid my php is a bit limited. I tried adding it but created a fatal error. Is there a particular place in the code it needs to go in? I couldn’t see anything about a sort order but I may well have missed it.
