Can you check your wp-config.php file and see it has following code :
define('FORCE_SSL_ADMIN', true);
If it’s there remove it.
And you can always add exception for https in your browser and proceed. Your website’s admin is going to : https://igis.co/wp-login.php
So you need to change the siteurl and home in that options table to new domain which i guess is : https://www.gwezz.com
