Does anyone know how to fix this install? I’d like to use NextGen. In another day or so, I’m going to abandon it, and try a different plugin to see if I get better results.

PS: To those who are reading this….I would really like to know how to change my password. This is the second User ID I’m using on this WordPress supoort site because my previous ID I could not find the password and there doesn’t seem to be a “forgot my password” mechanism in place.
