I have had to disable the plugin as my site is live and I can’t afford to have the home page not showing! Are you able to reproduce it with a slider revolution page with a video?

According to RM support:
We have found that the Testimonial plugin uses the Codestar Framework for its backend options. It is the JavaScript file of this framework that is interfering with the rendering of RegistrationMagic’s backend interface. Resulting in the issue you are having with field analytics.
I’d recommend bringing this issue to the attention of the Testimonial plugin team. And suggest them to enqueue their ‘csf.js’ file only when it is needed for their backend options. The field analytics issue only appears when this file is enqueued by the Testimonial plugin. It is possible that the framework could be conflicting with other plugins too.
Any ideas how to fix this?
I’ve not received any emails and there is nothing in spam. Can you confirm what address you are sending replies to?
The only thing that worked was to rename the AIOWPS&F plugin, then log in via wp-login.php, then rename the plugin back. Then I was logged in and it worked.
I just fixed my display issue too thanks to this post. I had added the shortcode in the classic editor in a page but only when I switched to text mode did I see it had added
<pre>before and after the code. Removing that fixed it. Thanks!Forum: Plugins
