In reply to: [EventPrime – Events Calendar, Bookings and Tickets] Email attendeesI have checked eventprime email settings and my wordpress settings, there is no mention of a wordpress@ email address there.
I don’t think that’ll work without having two instances so I’ll have to try something else for that.
I use the CRM for tracking grant requests for a charity. I’ve updated the mo file to replace quote with grant request but there’s still quite a few places where quote isn’t appearing in the mo file to be changed.
It does, yes! I’ve voted for it. In the meantime I guess I just need to just use tags I guess
Hi Mike
it wouldn’t be on a different domain just both accessible from the same admin page
Hi Mike,
The two instances could be completely separate so no syncing required
Thank you. Do you have any guides as to what custom code I can add?
Thanks. I’ve raised a ticket as my eventprime licence is showing as expired despite me having a lifetime subscription via the metabundle+ – which is still showing correctly for RegistrationMagic and ProfileGrid.
ok thank you. Unfortunately I can’t edit the cookie on my iPhone because the menu on your web app covers the screen and doesn’t disappear so I can’t click the category!
I applied all the updates you released today but the integration plugin was not showing any update. I went to your website and found the new version (4.2) and applied that – it seems to have fixed the problem now. Thanks
Perfect, thank you!
It appears to be working now – hopefully no more bugs!
Seems to be ok now, thank you.
Scrap the not receiving part – my provider was blocking the emails.
In fact with either shortcode I am not receiving notification of the submission at all. Under Email configuration I have set Define Recipients Manually to add a second address but nothing is being received to admin or to the manually defined address.
The RM_Forms shortcode is then not submitting a second time giving the error:
Uncaught DOMException: Failed to execute ‘send’ on ‘XMLHttpRequest’: The object’s state must be OPENED.
