Hi,
There are no variation options set on any of our products, so I have no idea what you’re seeing there. Also, I don’t need the paypal button on the product page, just on the checkout page. Thanks

In reply to: [PayPal for WooCommerce] Proceed to Checkout Button MissingHi,
Thanks…I’m confused – where is the plugin file I should download, I don’t see a link?
Thanks
Hello!
I’m having some problem with the install.
I have Stripe(credit card) plugin enabled. I want to use PayPal Express plugin and Stripe together. However, when both plugins are enabled, the normal checkout button is removed on the cart page and there’s no way to checkout.
As soon as I disable PP Express the button comes back.
Any ideas please?
The site is here uricide dot com
The Paypal plugin is presently disabled so as not to prevent orders from being made whilst this is fixed.
Thanks

In reply to: How do I achieve this functionality in Multisite?Good afternoon Andrea!
Still working through issues….latest puzzler is that when I create a new post from within a sub blog, the post appears on the blog home page but clicking the post title gives me a page not found. Any ideas please?

In reply to: How do I achieve this functionality in Multisite?OK thanks I follow. But those nav tabs are fetched in somewhere by BP and I can’t see where to disable them from appearing on the template. They don’t show up under ‘pages’. Is there an override somewhere to stop BP bringing in those nav tabs?
So in other words, they should appear on the main site, but not on the sub-site, but how do I switch them off the sub sites?

In reply to: How do I achieve this functionality in Multisite?Ok Andrea,
Thanks for your ongoing support today, it’s been a day from hell this side of the fence ??
I found a plugin for setting default access level that works, that is now good ??
I found a plugin which allows me to clone a selected template, that is also good!
My latest saga is with Buddypress….I see you’ve helped out on the BP forum too !!
I’m setup using sub domains, I have a BP template installed which came along via the BP plugin I think.
The BP template creates navigation tabs for ‘Activity’ ‘Members’ ‘Blogs’ which sit in the main nav bar next to my page tabs. The links that BP/WP generate on the nav tabs do not work (page not found). The links for the regular pages work.
Then there’s the BP toolbar…..the links work fine in the toolbar.
So for example, for a user/subdomain called ‘worker’, the links in the BP toolbar for “activity” work fine and look like this –
https://resumegrid.net/members/worker/activity/
But the same link in the BP navigation menu tabs look like this –
https://worker.resumegrid.net/activity/
And bring up a Page Not Found
Any ideas ?
And thanks again for your help!

In reply to: How do I achieve this functionality in Multisite?Oh heck, I’m about ready to throw in the towel here.
I installed a network plugin to set new user access levels but that didn’t work. New users still come in at Admin level and have the ability to change their themes and widgets…I don’t want that.
Also weird is that with Buddypress, users can select a blog from the BP toolbar and go into a blog CP which doesn’t belong to them…strange?
Also, and most frustrating is that each time a new site is created by a new user, it is set to the default new site, with sample page etc….I just want a new site to be a clone of the primary site, adopting it’s pages/menu/widgets etc.
Very frustrating!

In reply to: How do I achieve this functionality in Multisite?Hmmm….ok thanks for that, it makes sense!
Now I’ve installed Buddypress and the default theme and that seems to be bringing things closer to what I need.
I can’t seem to find where to set ‘new user default roles’….so when new people create a blog, I don’t want them to have full admin rights, just author rights….I don’t want them to be able to change/add widgets and menus etc.
Also, this is odd but when I visit a user blog and I’m not logged in, the blog looks exactly the same as the main blog with the same pages and widgets etc. But when I login as that user blog admin, it loses the settings from the main blog….so the pages disappear from the nav menu etc….
Any ideas please??

In reply to: How do I achieve this functionality in Multisite? Thanks Andrea,
Right now I’m having some serious “senior moments” LOL.
I’m failing to see the big picture. When I’m in Network Admin I see the sub sites, when I switch to Site Admin I see the main site but not the sub sites, but it gives me the option to ‘add a site’, what’s the difference between adding a site in Network Admin and adding a Site in Site Admin???
Where do I have my new members add a site?
Ahh…I wish things still functioned as they did 15 years ago ??
