In reply to: Site crash on mobile devicesThe website hangs after it loads the contents on the page. I shall explain (same for safari and chrome);
1) open safari/ google chrome; enter cinemagics.com
2) the page loads
3) Most times; the page hangs after loading- no change
4)* Sometimes, the page loads and the sliders for the videos move- when i select a video , the site hangs
5)* Sometimes, I can select a menu, but it hangs as soon a menu.
6)* Once in a while, a new page can be selected and it works but it will crash
7) In all cases, the browser closes (crashes) and next time on opening chrome (or safari), it shows as browser did not shut down properly, do you want to restore.I am not sure, why this is happening. However, on my desktop; i get no problems. Only issue is with ipad and iphone..
When i select jconsule (developer tools); I can see the errors. The 404 error is because the video linked is not youtube video so that is ok but I do not know why the site is crashing.Thanks a ton for taking time to check.

In reply to: Fatal error: call to undefined functionHi,
thank you noor-e-alam; I got the site working by removing the theme causing the problem and replacing it with an older one from the developer. But now I got a new problem;
the calendar is not showing up,
I have the calendar plugins; wp-cat2calendar, even deactiviting or activating it making no difference.
Any help; i also had replaced the plugin folders to older version (from developer); but i scared to replace them again. Do you guys need any more information or files to solve/ understand the problem.
The calendar used to be part of the footer; no error is also shown.Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Fatal error: call to undefined functionwould restore of complete dB would solve the issue ?
as the function needs to be there and i got a old copy of header (before plugin update) it is exactly the same.Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: Fatal error: call to undefined functionthe link is
https://www.cinemagics.com
it is working on its present theme (mastero) this was done by web host so that the page is displayed.however, the old theme needs to be restored, the webhost has given me two option;
1) retore complete database to an earlier date when it was working
2) retore only wp-contentthird option is to somehow fix this, i honestly do not know. Everyone i ask says function of a plugin was incorporated into the theme and it may be over written.
do you want the header.php file ?or could be please suggest me the best option
