I don’t think so. Because you get your Pagerank for your site , not for your feeds.

And on the opposite: With the HTML-Sites of Feedburner you also have another link to your site, so it should help your PR.

I have no idea what it could be.

I have 3 WordPress-Blogs and only one generates this bug. I don’t know why but you only get a rss feed without items.
