I figure it out by adding the definitions in orddd-lite-config.php file:

'Hebrew' => array('he_IL.utf8', 'heb', 'he_IL'), //rt: adding hebrew definition in the $orddd_lite_languages_locale array (line 5)

and

'he' => 'Hebrew', //rt: adding hebrew definition in the $orddd_lite_languages array (line 140)

had the same issue.

changed position: relative to absolute in wp-cirrus/wp-cirrus.php (line 360)and used inline html to position as required.

only drawback it need to change every time you upgrade the plugin
