I have scheduled a closing for the past 2 days and the csv file is there every morning with all the data.
Thanks for this update. It makes my ‘One Click’ perfect.
No need to go to the website at all for receiving images.

After checking for a few days of testing, Yes, the csv file it is produced, whether I visit the website after closing or not before downloading the file.
The problem is that the file does not have the WP user information.
Like fn , ln, emall, wpid and so on.
If I go and download it manually as it is done normally, the file received is correct.
So the settings in the layouts and forms are good.
I read the link you send about cron jobs.
If I have to do some work in my website WP, please advise.

About the missing csv one time, probably, it may have been because I did not save the changes of closing date.

My program is called THE JUDGE.
To do more for downloading, absolutely NO.
You have done a fantastic job.
The way it is now, it perfect.
The JUDGE takes care of everything after the closing.
Your program has done all the work.
All I have to do, is just 1 click. Done.
You do not have anything else to do.

But to confirm the reading of the link:
A visit or an entry to the website prior closing is sufficient to trigger the cron job.
Correct?
I guess that after I open the site for uploading and gives it a closing date, some one will do some uploading. So I guess that during a normal operation, this should not be a problem.
The problem was created by me as I did turn it on, gave it a closing date and did wait for next day.
Of course no one went back to it.
That could explain the inconsistence. Correct?

The option to have the xls with images, is great.
The system I have created works as intended.

I know you are planning a release sometime in the future.
I have to mention that I am testing the placing of the xls in the folder of images.
I have been getting some inconsistence with the xls.
in 5 days try.
1 one time no xls in 5 days try.
2 two times the xls did not have fn, ln or email.
I am repeating this every day.
What I do is delete the xls from the folder of images and open for upload checked and give the next day at 1:00 am.
I will keep you posted.
Since I have seen a lot of inconsistences in these websites, I do not know if it is your program at this point.
But having the xls with the images, has been fantastic.
What a great addition.
No need to log to the website; All I do is one click from my program and my system is ready for competition.
I wish I could download judges as easy.

It is working OK now. I did turn it off and save it.
Turn it back on and off while saving it, a couple of times.

Well after deleting the EWZ installation and re-installing it and just using the sample, got the same situation in this website. It returns the label, not the value stored.
EWZ is working fine as I have it function perfectly in 2 websites, My regular website and test sample website.
So, the issue is not EWZ, Josie can you come up with some suggestions as to what I should look for in the hosted website?
Any settings, not in the EWZ but in WP?
Could another plugin be the cause?

Some how, I thought that I did reply, that I did check your suggestions and yes the option was checked. Some how it does not show in the forum.
Anyway, I did create another website and upload EWZ and it works correctly.
I will delete the present EWZ and re-install.
I will keep you posted.

1 I have images showing and staying. Bingo….Fully functional!!!!

2 Perhaps a time line is required here; This may put some light to events.
a EWZ was receiving images from members.
b I was installing and un-installing different plugsin.
c When I went to download the xls and images, gave me errors.
(I believe: can not create file + images did not show in the manage area)
d I did manage to get my files and I was OK. But the images were not showing.
c Did a EWZ unsinstall and a delete of it. ( a couple of times, still not working)
d Ask for help here and based on responses, I realize the files were saved, but EWZ was looking somewhere else to show them again; Probably could nor produce the excel file either.
e The place where EWZ was supposed to be installed, was not. It was going beyond under GALLERY folder. some times under something else.
f I tried to tell WP the default for install, Still no change.
d I delete all prior EWZ folders.
f as per instructions I did a final re-install. Search for EWZ, install it. went to plugin and did activate it.
g It is working now and installed in /public_html/wp-content/ewz_img_uploads/webformxxx

3 I do thank you Josie for all your help. It is great to have such support.

4 An observation. In the last install as I was recreating my prior settings.
I noticed that my prior layouts and webforms names were still available. Even when I did checked (X remove all in uninstall) and prior installed folders were deleted.
