Sorry to say, but without checking the backend, I can’t help you, as I don’t know what the actual problem is. In our testing and on all other live sites, it’s working perfectly fine.

This thing happen with this one order only or with all new orders?
Also if you click on sync contact again then will it be saved?
If not then there might be some missing information in order contact details, which is required by google to sync that.

yes new orders contacts will be saved by themselves.

Got it, The issue is due to rate limit issue from google api. So in this case as you have large data then need to proceed with manually one by one.

Is plugin updated to Version 1.4.0?
If you go to the orders screen and click on sync contact to sync that particular order’s contact details, then are those details saved?

Could you let me know how many orders you have in total?
Also, have you verified in Google Contacts that the failed order’s contacts aren’t saved?

can you send screenshot or video recording of error you are facing while synchronising all of them at once so we can check and help you.

Currently phone, email and full name only synchronised other data sync is not possible due to limitations in google contacts feed.
