I tried deleting the jetpack from the ftp and it now let me install and activate it again. But my website is still all messed up

I have the same problem I think. Today I found that there was a new version of wordpress and it was updated. After that it says that Jetpack update fail. Now I can’t re-install jetpack because it says that the folder already exist.
The problem is that it seems that without the jetpack plugin my website is now all messed up
