I use on sites Google Tag Manager, and other scripts like adsense, facebook pixel, analytics, adwords.

I need to decide when to user will see advert from adsnese, this decision is based on consents for Google AdSense.

The next example is YouTube or SoundCloud. When I want to display it on my site, I need to know if the user has agreed to it.

It will be nice and easy when I can check to see if the consent is expressed using php or javascript
