Peut-être c’est la même chose que j’ai constaté : J’ai remarqué que dans la dernière version 1.8.2, la règle “Woocommerce -> Colissimo Officiel -> Méthode d’envoi -> Gratuit à partir du prix de commande” ne fonctionne plus.

Donc, il faut créer une règle additionnelle à 0 euro dans “Woocommerce -> Expédition -> Zone d’expédition -> {{ Zone France ou autre }} -> Colissimo {{ relais/signature… }}” avec “à partir du prix du panier (EUR €)” et prix à 0.

Thanks for this plugin.

We have same issue with Colissimo plugin where it is related to official Woocommerce bundle product.
This bundle have a fixed price and contains other products, those are set to 0, so Colissimo plugin doesn’t accept to generate border labels.

And yes in some cases we also send gifts in the same package that also appears in bill (facture) as 0.

Is it possible to change this behavior ( ex. hooks) where we can change type to gifts + commercial? Thanks in advance.

Is there any workaround?

In my case: lots of customer registred on cart checkout. So promo code is not applied in this case. So promocode is applied only if client is already registred and logged in before he checkout.

So we need to cancel the order and recreate one.
