Добавилась новая настройка в параметрах, по вашему запросу.
Чтобы реализовать вашу задачу, нужно указать в параметре “Scroll to value/element”.qa, либо жеh2:first.Если такого элемента не найдет (к примеру если это не статья), то будет как и раньше скроллить на самый верх.

But jquery and plugins scripts are still in different file that loaded after theme-script and about-page scripts.

Is there any way to load Jquery, plugins and theme-script as one file. And after it load about-page scripts?

Now theme-script are in the one more different cached and minified file inside <head> (not in the footer like other files)

В данный момент такой функционал не предусмотрен, но я могу выкатить обновление.
Вы имеете ввиду, чтобы при нажатии на кнопку наверх скроллилось не на самый верх страницы, а на опр. высоту?Forum: Reviews
