Nevermind… I think I found the reason in a setting section I hadn’t seen before. It’s the “Content Settings” that is included when editing the membership level itself. There you’ll see a list of areas that you want to restrict as categories. I still have an issue with video playlist posts, but standard posts are running as expected now.
I’d like to add what seems to be a similar issue, except that my site doesn’t use Elementor for posts. I intend to use PMPro for just a couple of members-only pages. The rest of the website should be available to all visitors. However, none of the posts/blogs are accessible without logging in (interestingly, this glitch doesn’t affect the pages).
Steps I’ve taken so far:
- Cleared the browser’s cache
- Tried different browsers and operating systems
- Edited each post to verify that membership isn’t required
- Also edited the categories to verify the same
Nothing seems to fix the issue.
Sample of a public post: https://recoverstrongwithfitness.com/the-nutritional-benefits-of-eating-whole-foods/Hope I can still raise a similar concern. I’ve mostly completed the implementation of PMPro, and the registration, Stripe payment, and login processes seem to be working well. I’m quite pleased with the progress so far. However, I’m encountering an issue where the plugin appears to be enforcing membership for all public posts on my site (though not for pages). I’ve reviewed each post and category, ensuring the “Require membership” option is unchecked. Despite this, the posts display a “No records found” message unless the user is logged into the membership. I’ve tried different browsers and platforms, but the issue persists.
Thanks!
