I actually found my own solution already so you don’t need to do anything, thank you for the time you thought about this.

20 px but the dpi is different if you want to optimise logo on mobile or retina screen.

When you upload a tab logo it is actually 512px I believe.

Actually, the best thing is to use SVG but WordPress doesn’t support it.

If you look at the logo from https://booking.com/ it is barely more than 20 px height.
