Unfortunately it’s not possible to have non whole numbers in “Shipping Methods by Min/Max Order Amount” module.

Have you tried using a dot (.) instead of a comma?

Are you using “shipping_as_item” parameter in the [wcj_order_items_table] shortcode?
If yes, try removing the parameter.
