This is possibly a plugin conflict. Try deactivating all your plugins at once, and see if the feature image option is appears or not. If the feature image appears try activating your plugins one by one and see which plugin is causing the issue.

We have tested the homalayas theme hamburger menu and it is working fine. It could be a plugin conflict on your end, I suggest you check for plugin conflict and if the issue is still not resolved kindly share the URL to your site and I will look into it.

The URL you provided is correct. The above screenshot was from a Classic Editor. Since you are using Gutenberg Editor, kindly click on the three dots in the right side of the save button and navigate to Preferences > General > Document settings, and enable the feature image from there as shown in the screenshot: https://prnt.sc/WMapuoTAv8Ei

Could you kindly switch to the Zakra theme instead of Zakra child and see if the issue still persits? Also, share the URL to you site, if the issue is still there and I will look into it in detail.
