Thanks Carmen for the Wonderful review!
I would recommend you to create a file named page-[id].php where is the page id, and fill it up with the contents of home.php
I guess, that will help you the most.
You need to Edit the home.php file. Add your Text in the desired region. It will show up.
You will have to hit and try a few times to get it show at the exact location you want.
This is not possible in our theme. But, i will take this suggestion and inculcate it in one of the coming updates.
Add Following to Custom CSS:
.entry-meta { display: none; }
Are you using a top level domain, or something like abc.domain.com ?
Chandigarh ??
Thanks divjot!
You need to mess entirely with header.php and the main.css files.
Make sure you place the font in Double quotes like:
h1.site-title a { font-family : "Times New Roman", serif; }
No need to complicate things. No Coding required.
Just go to that page. Edit it.
And change its template to Full WIdth.
This happens because you do not have permissions to use this tag in your post. Is your site on a Multisite network? Are u an admin or editor?
It is in home.php
In Pro Version, you can edit these strings from the Theme Options though.
Thanks Divjot.
ALthough you can not set Posts as Static Front Pages. It has be be a page. You could add anything about your site on the static front page.
