Hi, Above code haven’t fixed the issue.

Yes, I found the problem using JavaScript Console. The error was due to HTTP to https redirect. I am using Cloudflare for SSL and there I have created a page rule to show always to https. When I turn off that page rule everything starts working fine and when I turn it On, It again starts causing a problem.
How do I fix this Permanently with page rule turned On ??

I followed everything that is described in the above link. My problem still persists. When I edit the wp-config.php, Both visual and text editor stop working.
Neither of then shows toolbar to edit when ADD this code define(‘CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS’, false); to my wp-config.php file just below the define(‘DB_HOST’, ‘localhost’); line.
