PayPal say it’s your plugin missing data that they require to be sent with the request.

Your have to be trolling surely? This is hands down the best form builder available in 2021 plus the support is amazing and it’s regularly updated.

Been more than months Emma. I spoke to them and had an email exchange about it over a year ago.

We’ve switched all our member sites over to an alternative until they fix this. Nice looking plugin but this bug/bad design is a deal breaker.

It’s a big issue on a site I manage too. We don’t use UM for that very reason.

CMD-R or F5 etc don’t clear the browser cache? That’s done from a menu item, they just reload the page
