Ok tried the database repair but no joy i am afraid this is what i get when i try to post or locate posts!

Ok once in there is there a repair tool within PHPmyadmin?

Can anyone tell me how i fix this this has been happening from June last year until now? If php or Mysql has been upgraded would this cause the issue?
