Hi, thank you for answer.
I tried to delete current theme and re-uploaded it,
but it did not work.
When I uploaded original theme, it got even more messy.
Layout broken even from main index.
I am not sure what I did as I edited a lot of things.
I’d better leave the same question on theme forum.

It is finally working!

Initially, is_front_page code did not work for my website, I do not know why
maybe my main page is not considered as front page?
So, I read codex link you gave me, I simply changed the code a bit from is_front_page to is_home and then it began to work.

Hi, I tried turn all plugins off and checked the result but it remained same.
However I got the idea that this problem maybe related to grid, so I removed slider code I put in header.
After removing the code, now everything works fine.
